This hotel is extremely bad and far below acceptable standards. The room was infested with insects, including geckos, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe. The place was not clean at all, and there was a constant unpleasant smell throughout the room. In addition, the furniture is very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic hygiene or quality expectations, and I do not recommend staying here.

The excellent and dedicated staffs, from the frontdesk to bell boy, housekeeping and restaurant staff. The room is in good ambience and clean.We will choose Adya Hotel for next visit.

1. Upgrade the free drinks (sprite+syrup) to fresh orange its more better and healthy2. Please maintain the women changing room area(women pool) it is bit creepy and water leaking

The original room I was in didn’t have working air conditioning - took a room change and six hours for that to be remedied. Had to function with little to no sleep on my first night because the new room had air conditioning that took 3 hours to actually start cooling the room.

Location is very good, beautiful view

Comfortable room and bed. Good pool. It is the best hotel in that area.

Overall hotel is good comparing all other hotels in Langkawi, 4 star and seems economical. Neat & clean and good location as well.

In fact while booking in booking.com, it might be either mentioned as 'Breakfast included' or 'Breakfast available', we understood the breakfast included and booked the hotel rooms. But when we check-in and went for morning breakfast, we were surprised to note that breakfast is not included. When asked, they said that it might be the option we have chosen 'breakfast available'. This is absolutely misleading the guests while booking or after booking. So Booking.com or Hotel Operators have to clearly mention either "Breakfast Included' or 'Breakfast NOT included'. Should not mislead the guests with the mincing the words.

The view was nice

They don’t change bed sheets and they have a lot of bugs and lizards. I asked for water and some ice it didn’t arrive until I remained them.

We were very pleased with the location and the spaciousness of the room. We also deeply appreciate that the rooms are thoughtfully provided with a Quran and a sejadah which is especially convenient and meaningful for Muslim guests. For this stay we included breakfast and while we enjoyed it we believe the variety could be further enhanced to enrich the overall dining experience. We were also grateful to have been allocated connecting rooms upon request during this visit as during our previous stay this was not possible due to our late arrival. Overall we are thankful for the comfort and hospitality extended to us.

At the moment I have no further comments. However as a suggestion it would be delightful if the breakfast menu could include a wider variety of dishes showcasing the unique flavors of different states across Malaysia. This would certainly add a special touch for guests to enjoy.

The staff are very friendly, the swimming pool is decent although somewhat small, we had problems in one of our rooms and they did try to fix them so that's good.

One of the rooms' sink drain didn't work and they changed the room, both rooms had visibly dirty bedsheets and pillows, and the houskeeeping doesn't actually change or clean the sheets, they just make the bed, the bathrooms are not cleaned thoroughly, just a quick surface level cleaning.The location isn't really all that great, there are a few fast-food restaurants around and an aquapark but other than that all other activities are at least a 20 minute drive.

For a short-term stay or if you’re looking for a reasonably priced option, Adya Hotel Langkawi is a good choice. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are decent for the price range. It’s not a luxury experience, but for a budget-friendly and hassle-free stay, it does the job well.

CleanLocation Facilities Breakfast is expensive Water

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very strategic, making it easy to access key areas and attractions. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist, which added positively to the overall experience.One of the things I truly appreciated was the family-friendly atmosphere and the Islamic environment, including a policy of not serving alcohol. It made the place feel safe, respectful, and comfortable for families.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a clean, respectful, and well-located place to stay with excellent service.

However, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The breakfast was heavily focused on Asian cuisine, with very limited options for Middle Eastern or Western guests. Aside from croissants, baguettes, toast, jams, and fried eggs, there were no cheeses, dairy products, or other varieties that would better suit a more diverse range of guests. This made it particularly challenging to find suitable food for young children.Additionally, the room furnishings were somewhat old and worn, and unfortunately, we encountered insects and small lizards (geckos) in the room, which affected the overall comfort.

The Rooms are quite large and comfortable. The Staff are polite and helpful.

The Cleanliness is way off mark. Lots of Loose hairs found in the toilet. And the Plates in the Breakfast table were not really clean or upto the mark. The Location is alright but it is not close to any attraction . The Room has balcony but it is sealed .

the breakfast is a bit low than expected, nasi lemak somehow less 'lemak', prefer kampung style nasi lemak with fired anchovies, maybe banana leaves under the rice pot to enhance the taste. definitely need to put more pastry options for young ones & kidssplit unit air conditioner takes time to cool down the big room especially during the check in time. the original air-cond system is not working

Shower drains were clogged, staff were very rude, breakfast quantity and diversity were zero

Staff cleaning was basic in both breakfast area and room cleaning. More of a tidy than a clean.
